The staff was fantastic, from check in to check out and we enjoyed the food so much that we ate Indian food for all our meals. Perfectly balanced, tasty and variety for both western and Indian palate. Staff in the restaurant was just so kind and hospitable, special thanks to all of them and to Chef who came to see us and asked If we would like anything to eat apart from the menu.

After a long day of travel, I was very frustrated by some issue at reception, and then with my bathroom. As soon as I calmly communicated my concerns to Subhdra, Santoshi and Kiran I was met with total empathy and understanding. My three night stay was full of smiles and warm welcomes. The streets of Delhi are challenging and chaotic, but the moment you are within range of The Park Hotel, the embracing sense of security is palpable and most welcome. My room was luxurious and clean, and the service staff have an eye for detail that truly merits its five star status. 100% recommend. Also, the delicious included breakfast helps you leap out of the comfortable bed in the mornings!

The castle is awesome and one of the most romantic places Ive ever experienced. The hotel is inside the castle and has a wonderful spa, two delicious restsurants, outstanding breakfast and a beautiful swimming pool. The service of the staff is exceptional. To be honest- I didnt want to leave this place anymore :D Eating in the restaurant with the view from the mountain or getting lost in all the little aisles within the castle - it feels like living in a different world. There is even a theatre inside with regular dance performances...
